These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Local Delivery App and the services provided by Local Delivery App. By installing the app or ordering from our pages, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Account Registration
To place food or grocery orders, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated customer details, and keep your login credentials secure at all times.
2. Orders and Pricing
All prices listed in our app are set in partnership with local restaurants and grocery stores. We strive to provide transparent pricing, but reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update delivery charges based on distance and route conditions.
3. Cancellations and Delivery
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been accepted by the merchant partner or assigned to a delivery rider. Once preparation or routing has begun, cancellation fees up to the full order amount may apply.
We work to deliver all items within our target average of 25 minutes, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or preparation delays.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use our delivery app for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including ordering prohibited substances, spamming our rating system, or harassing delivery executives.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are a delivery logistics provider and partner platform. While we enforce strict quality standards, we are not directly liable for preparation errors or product quality issues caused by independent merchant partners.
